We accept returns for a full refund on any product purchased in the last 30 days. Our return process is incredibly simple and designed for ease of use. Please read below because we have a different approach for opened and unopened products.
If your product is already opened, please fill out a request form with our Customer Care team and we can refund your order directly if it's been opened and ordered in the last 30 days. We'll review your request and do our best to resolve all requests within a few business days.
If your product is unopened, here's what you need to do:
1. Go to our Returns Portal
2. Type in your order number and zip code
3. Choose whether you want to return for a full refund or exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value (we'll refund you the difference)
4. Print out the label and ship it back to us through USPS (you can even leave it in your mailbox!)
5. We'll automatically refund you using the tracking number so sit back, relax, and let us handle the rest. No need to send any emails or wait days to get your money back :)

Tried to make an exchange. Went to Returns Portal and filled out the questions and it said ' Item not eligible'. Tried 3 times, so I just made a refund and will order the one I was going to exchange.
