Do I have to use supplements to get electrolytes on Keto?

You can get electrolytes in your diet by consuming foods rich in each mineral.  Some of the best foods for this are avocados, mixed nuts, and fatty fish. Salting your food is also a great way to get extra sodium in your diet.

Note that the optimal electrolyte amount is different for everyone and getting enough through diet alone may be challenging for some, especially those who are exercising or sweat a lot.
