How do I measure macros on whole foods that don’t have labels?

 

If you are consuming whole foods that do not have nutrition labels, logging your calories and macros may be a little more challenging.

In general, the majority of Whole foods are going to be similar in macronutrients so using apps like Cronometer or MyFitnessPal can give you a pretty accurate measurement whole food macronutrients.

Micronutrients can be a little more varied from food source to food source so keep in mind that you may not be able to get the most accurate prediction of micronutrients in whole foods that do not have nutrition labels.
