Is it normal to have headaches on Keto?

Headaches are common at the start of Keto due to dehydration and electrolyte deficiencies.  Most times, drinking enough water and replenishing electrolytes, especially sodium, will alleviate headaches.

If this approach does not work, adding in exogenous ketones to provide your brain with an extra energy source may help improve the problem.
