What are the best workouts on Keto?

The best exercise routine depends on your primary goal.  The most optimal workout on Keto is anyone that allows you to stay consistent.  

During the adaptation period, you may benefit from adding in high intensity interval training or HIIT to help stimulate more fat burning and greater ketone production.  However, during this time you may find that it is harder to get the energy to complete this type of training so sticking to lower intensity exercise just to ensure that you are moving may be a better approach.
