Is it okay to skip breakfast on Keto?


Skipping breakfast is a very common practice on Keto. The concept that breakfast is the most important meal of the day is outdated advice and there are actually many benefits to waiting until you're actually hungry to have your first meal. This is referred to as Intermittent fasting, which can have many benefits related to overall health and body composition.

If you notice that you are chronically under eating on your calories, you may need to add breakfast in to help get those calories back up.
