Why is there 10g MCT Oil Powder but 7g Fats?

Jonno Rushbrook Updated by Jonno Rushbrook

This is a great question. The reason is because to make MCT Oil into a powder it has to be combined with a fiber, which makes up 3g of the 10g of MCT Oil Powder, leaving you with 7g of Fats.

We use an incredibly high quality fiber that does not spike your blood sugar levels, thus giving you a great way to consume our MCT Oil Powder on its own, in a shake or in your coffee.
