One of the benefits of a Ketogenic Diet is decreased hunger due to more stabilized blood sugar and altered hunger hormones.  However, not everyone will experience this benefit or it may take a little longer to experience. For this reason, taking strategies to prevent hunger may help

  1. Drinking water during your meal
  2. Add volume and fiber to your meal with leafy green vegetables
  3. Fat itself can promote more fullness so getting enough is important
