What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for a full refund or replacement on any product purchased in the last 30 days. Our return process is incredibly simple and designed for ease of use. Just follow these simple steps below to return your order for a full refund.

1. Please go to our Returns Center

2. Enter your order number and zip code

3. Choose the reason for a return

4. Print out your return shipping label and mail it out via USPS

5. Wait 3-5 business days for the refund

Important Note: You cannot use the Returns Center if you order a bundle or multipack. If you ordered one of these, please contact our Customer Care Team at help@perfectketo.com.

Wanting a replacement instead?

Please email our Customer Care Team at help@perfectketo.com if you need a replacement within 30 days of ordering. We just need to know the order, product you need replaced, and the reason why 🤗
