Lunch meat can be Keto-Friendly in terms of being low in carbohydrates but it is also typically highly processed and voided of many of its nutritional benefits making it not the best option for a healthy Keto Diet.

In a pinch, lunch meat may make a good option if other higher quality sources of protein are not available; however, this should be limited.
